Archie coordinates tasks, Voice AI manages calls, Marketing AI writes outbound campaigns, Support AI resolves customer tickets, Docs AI handles e-signatures, and Finance AI coordinates Paddle billing events. They communicate with each other natively inside your CRM workspace.

The trial gives you three days to connect business context and test a real workflow across the platform. Payment details are required at signup. When the trial ends, your selected monthly or annual subscription begins automatically unless you cancel beforehand.

ArcTactic is $497 per month or $4,970 per year for the coordinated AI workforce, pipelines, and document tools described on the pricing page. Telephony minutes and SMS usage are billed separately when enabled. Paddle processes subscription payments and shows applicable taxes before checkout is completed.

ArcTactic syncs with standard business channels. You can connect Paddle billing, WorkOS authorization variables, Google Calendar pipelines, and email networks inside your workspace settings with a few clicks.

Your database is isolated and protected. We use WorkOS for strict client token authorization, and store data in secured Convex networks with TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 at rest.
